our process

At WebResource we understand that great ideas have to be backed by good business sense. That’s why our development process follows strict methodology and standards, refined over years of implementation.
Business modeling
After we gather your initial requirements we create a business model, classifying tasks into categories and investigating the available solutions.
Project planning
This stage is a more detailed and thorough analysis of the business model. We identify possible risks and create the project plan. Basic application diagrams and the site map are usually developed.
Requirements
Here we fully develop tasks and sub-tasks, including technical difficulty and resource requirements. The technical specification is drawn and/or changed.
Analysis and design
Major variants of the system architecture and its components are verified and confirmed and program modules and database structure are proposed.
Implementation
The system is built to the approved architecture, and a quality assurance process is established.
Testing
Defects are identified and rectified and final testing results are used for validating system release.
Deployment
System deployment is planned, technical aspects of deployment are studied and verified, and the finished product is deployed to a live environment.
Environment, configuration and change management
These stages are auxiliary to the mainstream process and can be performed during any iterations of the development process.
