Function

Online payment module. The payment module allows for the secure collection of user credit information to enable the system to either process a real time merchant transaction or storage of appropriate details in accordance with PCI guidelines to enable a manual transaction.

Example

A large membership organisation wishes to handle the automated feeing of its membership transactions online.  The payment module allows them to accept all authenticated credit cards automatically, providing renewed access  and automatic receipt generation for their membership.  The system is also capable of being interfaced to the company's CRM module to enable automatic renewals for members annually.  Their business never stops!  The module incorporates standard account reconciliation reporting and administration services for online refund processing.
